Botinc ("we") runs botinc.ai, a workspace where teams plan and run work with AI agents. This policy explains what data we process and why.
We use data from Google APIs only to provide the features you turn on inside Botinc, for example showing your email and meetings in the CRM, sending emails you ask Botinc to send, or reading reports you ask an agent to analyse. Botinc's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalised AI or machine learning models.
Your data is visible to the members of the workspace you share it with, following the visibility settings you choose. We use infrastructure and AI model providers that process data on our behalf under contract. We do not share data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Data is stored in the European Union. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and access is limited to the systems that need them.
You can disconnect a Google account at any time from Botinc settings; we then revoke the token and stop syncing. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account and data, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
